Diane Ducharme is a Senior Bikram Teacher, authorized by Bikram Choudhury to lead posture clinics and seminars. Diane has been teaching Bikram Yoga for more than 20 years and became a certified instructor in one of the first teacher trainings held by Bikram Choudhury, graduating in 1995. She travels the world bringing her extensive understanding of the postures to students and teachers, as well as serving on staff at Bikram Yoga Teacher Training. Seminar is an all-day intensive and we will review all 26 postures in the Bikram Series with time to answer your questions.
